MTR Stops Running

October 5th, 2019. A protest against the anti-mask laws continue at the Hong Kong Airport Express Station. As a result, all subway trains, including the airport express, have stopped running.

Central Station is Closed

The anti-mask law protest lasts until October 4th. All Hong Kong subway lines have been suspended, and Central station has been shut down.

To avoid the protest, Seven-Eleven, a 24-hour convenience store, closes at 5 p.m.
